Jason Crawford

Jason Crawford is a business leader and entrepreneur driven by efficiency, vision and service with proven success including a portfolio of companies with over $5 million in revenue.

In 2003 he cofounded Bixby Zane, an outsourced solutions franchise, with his partner Brad Worley. After four years working directly in outsourced HR, benefits and payroll solutions, Crawford saw a key ingredient missing in the relationship between providers and their clients: customer service that was consistent, ongoing and personal. Today the company’s Professional Employer Portfolio represents over $300 million in payroll processing, developing side-by-side partnerships and delivering efficiencies and economies of scale that drive down costs for a broad clientele. Crawford has also owned, managed and developed several millions of dollars in real estate in Florida, Texas and California.

His land enterprises followed four years at the University of Texas at Austin, where he completed a degree in Business Administration (MIS) with honors and first learned of the connection between doing business and empowering others. Crawford carries those lessons to this day. Always looking forward, he is an angel investor in two tech startups, Appkeyz and Latakoo. He sits on the board of the Young Men’s Business League of Austin and is involved in corporate fundraising and sponsor recruitment for the Texas Craft Brewers Festival.

He is also involved in charitable organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters Central Texas, Austin Involved, Lifeworks and Habitat for Humanity.
